职责：

负责嘉丁拿品牌官方旗舰店线上店铺售前、售中和售后事宜

售前：解答买家在线咨询和留言，引导顾客完成咨询及购买；

售中：日常库存核对修改，及时处理订单、产品及交易中的各类问题；

售后：负责订单物流的追踪和查件，跟进和协调售后事宜；

1. 学习掌握相关店铺的商品知识、规格参数以及店铺信息、交易规则；

2. 迅速解决产品及交易的各类问题，耐心解答咨询和留言，促使订单的成交；

3. 高效处理客户订单，准确记录买家的特殊要求，并负责跟进协调；

4. 负责物流的追踪和查件，跟进各类售后问题，负责退换货登记、申请和执行；

5. 完成客服主管安排的其它事项。

轮班制，白班9-17点，晚班15-23点。晚班在家工作。白班晚班轮流排版。

一周单休一周双休。
