HR Specialist Temp for 1 year

About you

1. University degree (Social, Pedagogic, HR, Economic or related) or equivalent in working experience. 

2. 1-3 year's experiences within area of expertise Fluency in English.

3. A clear understanding of the IKEA HR Idea and a passion for IKEA values & Interest in home furnishings.

About the job

Provide expert knowledge and advice to HR manager and organization within HR processes that will contribute to the development of business and people and to contribute to IKEA as the leading home furnishings company in the local market. Be a contributing resource as trainer/facilitator/expert within the leadership & competence development processes as well as other HR processes.

About the assignment:

1. Develop, update, implement and assess standards, guidelines and policies within own area of expertise

2. Translate strategic goals to detailed action plans and implement.

3. Expert advisory and training specialist within own area of expertise.

4. Perform internal and external benchmark within own area of expertise.

The only Low Flow DC in Asia Pacific located in Shanghai Seaport Development Zone of Fengxian District has started operation since Dec.1,2008. With a registered investment over US$270 million, DC Fengxian, covering an area about forty thousand square metres, upon completion, Fengxian DC will be the largest of its kind in Asia Pacific and one of the largest foreign-funded warehouses in China.

Meanwhile, IKEA's only product test laboratory outside Sweden is also established in this location.
