Main Responsibilities岗位职责：

1. Preparing and conducting contract and price negotiations for small to medium volumes

准备和开展中小批量的合同和价格谈判

2. Implementing alternative procurement sources, to minimize stock replacement times, inventory levels and costs.
实施替代采购资源，使库存更换时间、库存水平和成本最小化

3. Translating requirements for material and services into procurement requests and orders and also monitoring the ordering and delivery process of suppliers, in order to guarantee timely availability.
将材料和服务的需求转换成采购请求和订单，监控供应商的订单和交货过程，确保及时供应

4. Pinpointing of procurement strategies, to ensure the long-term, cost-effective supply of materials.

明确采购策略，确保材料长期、有成本效益的供应

5. Monitoring contractual agreements, to prepare renegotiations/subsequent negotiations, initiate appropriate measures and guarantee supplies.
监督合同协议，准备重新谈判/随后的谈判，采取适当措施并保证供应

6. Undertake supplier management, to acquire the best suppliers and guarantee an optimum supply chain.
进行供应商管理，获取最优的供应商，保证最优的供应链

7. Monitoring the national and international market, to bring new suppliers, product derivatives, and product innovations into the purchasing portfolio

监控国内和国际市场，将新供应商、产品衍生品和产品创新纳入采购组合

8. Be responsible for the safety management of indirect materials (especially Chemicals) over the purchasing process

负责采购过程中间接材料的安全管理，尤其是化学品

9. Maintain contacts with interface partners, to recognize developments (in market, demand, etc.) and exert influence accordingly.

保持与接口合作伙伴的联系，识别发展（在市场、需求等方面）并据此施加影响

10. Producing price forecasts and internal figures, to supply basic data for corporate planning (costing data) and reporting

制作价格预测和内部数据，提供合作计划和报告的基本数据支持

11. Participating in working groups, to inform oneself and others about the product/supplier policy and to exert influence accordingly

参加工作小组，向自己和其他人通报产品/供应商政策并据此施加影响

Requirements要求：

1. 3~5 年500强外企间接物料策略采购的经验， 年龄35岁左右，

2． 熟悉中高压电器类的产品，有丰富的 间接物料/工程建筑/现场服务的采购经验

3．思路敏捷，较强的谈判技巧及 跨部门的沟通能力，物料成本分析及供应商选择能力。

4． 日常外语沟通能力（听/读/写）
