上海招聘

1、负责做好老人的健康管理工作，配合护理主管对老人的护理等级进行跟进评估，并做好入住老人康复康乐工作；

2、负责护理老人T、P、R、BP及血糖、血氧的监测，对长期卧床的老人，督促护理员做好压疮预防以及并发症预防工作；

3、负责老人的药品定时发放，随时观察老人的身体状况，发现异常，应及时通知医生、护理主管和老人家属，必要时采取应急措施；

4、负责护理房间物品的消毒、隔离工作，严防院内感染；

5、培训、指导及督促护理员做好生活照料工作；

6、掌握护理老人的思想动态、健康状况、以及病情等；

7、做好与医生的沟通及对接工作。

职位要求

1、大专以上学历，医学相关专业毕业，具有扎实的专业基础知识；

2、持护士资格等国家承认的资格证书者优先录用；

3、良好的交流沟通以及协调能力，能够处理突发事件；

4、身体健康，普通话流利，性格稳重，具有良好的亲和力。
