Report to Director of Finance and HR

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist HR Director to implement HR policies and procedures;

- Implement continuous improvement plan on HR operation standards;

- Conduct recruiting activities and control recruitment quality to ensure right people are in the right position;

- Provide a range of administrative support services to ensure an efficient and effective day-to-day running of the company;

- Assist HR Director to draft emails, report and related documents

- Assist HR Director to organize meeting, to make agenda and do follow up after meeting.

- Coordinate with office administration suppliers and vendors, to keep office facilities sufficient and keep the office comfortable;

- Assist company activities such as company outing, annual dinner, teambuilding activities;

- Provide administrative support to travelers from abroad in terms of logistics arrangement and meeting organization.

- Fulfill other tasks assigned by HR Director.

Above responsibilities involve all Asia office included Shanghai, Vietnam etc.

Qualification:

1 Bachelor's degree, preferable major in Human Resource Management, Law or Administration;

2 More than 2 years working experience in HR & Administration

3 Excellent command of written and spoken English

4, Well organized, logical thinking, good command of data analysis, ability to prioritize & solve problems independently

5, MS-Office, Internet, MS-Project, MS-Visio, Lotus Notes.

6, Good at communication and team work.
