Major Responsibilities:

Business process management

1. Be responsible for the business process management on HO level

• Set up feasible procedure/SOP infrastructure and maintain the SOP system works well
• Work out solution to business process optimization and bridge the communication between IT and users
• Monitor the exception handling and management by IT system and other methods
• Work on solutions to business process integration for project/bidding
• Prepare reporting and statistics on operations ？

Compliance management

1. Be responsible for overall quality assurance mechanism and compliance to internal control

• Take lead of the ISO program sustenance
• Initiate risk management from both internal and external
• Conduct the execution to Corp. SSE policy
• Conduct the periodical review to vendor from operation perspective

Qualifications:

• College education background, fluent in English writing and speaking
• Familiar with Ms Office operation, especially process flow,reporting tool/ppt, strong sense on process and IT operation system
• Operation/customer service experience required; Customer-focused and results-oriented ;
• At least 4 years of industry experience required
• Experience with an international business environment preferred
• Experiences on Quality assurance or process management preferred
• Strong communication skills ,interpersonal skill, IT operation skill and ISO audit skill
• Passion, Innovative and able to adjust to change
• Be willing to work under the pressure and break the boundary
