1.工作时需遵循公司的政策和管理体系的要求　

2、根据生产计划制定合理的物料需求计划，及时与采购部进行沟通协调；　

3、 根据公司下达的年度及月度生产任务，组织编写月度生产计划，下发至公司、部门领导及相关业务部门领导；　

4、负责汇总和审查各计划员编制的周、日生产作业计划，协调平衡落实所在的生产关键，对重大生产关键汇总并提出建议，提交主管部长进一步平衡。

5.实时动态监控现场与仓库各种原材料和其它物料的库存，并及时维护到SAP系统中去，为生产，采购及物流提供真实的物料信息

6.为保证平稳生产，提前确认生产前的物料是否满足生产计划，如果影响生产，及时调整计划并更新发货计划。 　

7.负责生产计划数据的统计汇总，并出具报表；　

8.和上海客服沟通订单生产安排情况；　

9.异常问题的解决处理跟进；　

10.参与工厂的WCM活动；　

11.领导交付的其他工作内容。
