经历和特别技能（Experience and Special Skills）：

1. At least 3 years work experience in furniture industry;

2. Familiar with furniture manufacturing technique and production process (wooden furniture & upholstered furniture), Read and understand technical drawings. Can design/make technical drawings by CAD is a plus.

3. Familiar with QC, furniture materials, hardware, accessories. Be able to make QC report in bilingual.

4. Good communication, coordination and negotiation skills. Be able to follow-up Inquiry, Prototype and Production whole process independently.

5. Had been a furniture project manager or furniture production engineer is Preferred.

6. Good spoken and written English is a MUST.

1. 至少三年以上家具行业工作经验；
2. 熟悉家具制造工艺及生产流程（木质家具 & 软包家具），能读懂技术图纸。会使用CAD设计/制作相应的技术图纸更优；
3. 有家具QC经验，熟悉家具材料、五金、各种配件。能用中英文制作质检报告；
4. 良好的沟通、协调、组织能力。能独立跟进询价、打样及大货生产的全过程；
5. 有家具项目经理或家具生产工程师的经验更优；
6. 流利的英文是必须。

主要工作职责（Main Functions and Responsibilities）：

1. Study all inquiry documents and drawings, Make anlysis, Prepare Inquiry Sheet and send to factories for quotation. Check each quotation from factory carefully, Make sure all information are clear and correct then submit to Sales Department.
2. Projects Follow-up and Coordination from inquiry to delivery. Make sure all details in accordance with client’s requests and catch delivery time;
3. Prepare Purchase Contract and place order to factory.

4. Go to factory frequently to supervise production and carry out QC, submit Inspection Report timely.

5. Confirm packing method, Carry out Final Inspection and supervise container loading, Provide after service to customer.

6. Execute other tasks assigned by superior.

1. 学习项目询价资料及图纸，作出分析，制作公司询价表并发给各工厂取得报价。认真检查各工厂发来的报价，在确保所有信息清楚、准确后，将报价表提交至销售部；

2. 紧密跟进从询价至出货的全过程。确保生产质量和交期达到客户的要求；

3. 制作采购合同，下单给工厂；

4. 频繁前往各工厂监控生产，进行QC。及时提交中英文质检报告；

5. 确认包装方式，出货前进行终验，监装。为客户提供售后服务；

6. 完成上级安排的其他工作。
