工作内容Job Contents：

负责客户各个不同环节的全程跟进；

让客户熟知公司的运营状态，服务方式，感知公司文化，加深顾客信任；

优化、完善公司宣传资料和客户方式等，逐步提升公司品牌影响力；

在设计周期、工程周期计划中参与与各部门协调，为客户解决各种突发状况。
建立健全客户档案，定期回访，安排后期服务，开展各种活动。

负责整体项目各个环节之间的协作沟通；

了解项目的质量、进度、成本、施工管理、进度管理；

熟悉各种装修材料，逐渐熟悉施工工艺及流程，理解设计师意图；

Follow up the needs of customers;

Introduce our company to the customers, including company culture, working process and service content etc.

Improve the company brand by updating the promotion materials and improving t the customer service process;

Establish a customer data base, pay regular re-visits and follow up the after services.

Communications between all chains, take the initiative.

Familiar with the quality control, process control, cost control and construction management

Familiar with all kinds of the fit-out materials, understand the designer idea;

技能技巧Skills:

2年以上中国和国外相关的专业经验；

较强的服务意识与清晰的逻辑思维；

优秀的沟通和表达能力；

优秀的处理人际关系技巧；

精通英语，母语是普通话必须条件；

国际背景（海外留学或工作经验优先）

2 years of experience in design or construction field in China and abroad

Good project management and leadership skill

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Good interpersonal skills

Fluent in English, Mandarin mother tongue is a Must

International exposure (overseas education or work experience considered a benefit)。
