1、General responsibility

• Establish a temporary order entry system until Rockbis is fully implemented.
• Ensure that orders are processed in an efficient and customer oriented way.
• Responsible for forecasting and follow up on accuracy and logistical performance.
• Responsible for imports and warehousing.
• Secure optimal domestic transport in terms of price and quality and assist CIG in international shipments.
• Maintain an updated overview of stock levels, delivery time and landed cost.
• Manage deliveries in accordance with agreed credit limits and terms.

2、Knowledge Requirement

• Bachelor Degree. Major in relevant education
• More than 5 years relevant workong experience in the similar position
• Good business understanding and service-minded approach and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to audit project site independently.
• Good English and Mandarin both in speaking and writing
• Good communication skills
• Good team player
• Proficient use of computer
