-conduct research & development work in the area of materials, systems and techniques for existing exhibition system
-负责研究和发展关于新材料，配件和技术用于现有的展览系统和特装展位
-generate new research concepts, look for new opportunities of existing technologies
-开发新的系统和改进现有的技术
-arrange mock-up by working closely with suppliers
-安排和监督生产商制作实物模型
-researching and building library of new materials
-研究和建立新材料的样品库
-making presentations for developed products
-负责设计开发产品的目录
-visit to exhibition fairs and trade shows for information and reference research
-参观各展览会和交易会以收集参考资料
-handle various type and size of exhibition independently or cooperatively
-单独或合作负责不同形式和规模的展览项目
-monitor & assist in subcontractor arrangement and cost control for exhibition project
-监督或协助展览项目的供应商安排，制作质量和成本控制
-assist supervisor in overseeing on-site operation
-协助和监督项目现场运作和搭建流程
-3-5 yrs of project management experience in Exhibition/Event Industry (priority for person with construction project management experience)
-拥有三至五年会展/活动策划项目的管理经验 (拥有工程项目的管理经验者优先考虑)
-University Degree Holder in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
-拥有大学工业工程本科学位或专科
-must be able to communicate in Chinese and English
-口语和书写必须能用普通话和英语进行交流。
-has good coordinating, communication and documentation skill
-优秀的协调能力, 文件处理和沟通技巧,

-independent, responsible，self-motivate and technically competent
-独立，有责任心，自我推动和适任技术人员
-must have in-depth understanding and knowledge of materials and production technics
-必须对材料和制作工艺有深入的理解和知识

-Overtime and on-site work is required
-需要加班和到场地工作
-traveling locally and overseas occasionally
