Core responsibilities

• Develop new Biotech customers within the region by actively prospecting and qualifying specification opportunities.
• Positioning Pall technologies and capabilities at customers developing antibody and recombinant proteins.
• Adhere to Pall Corporate policies.

Job specific responsibilities

• In conjunction with marketing identify and develop new Biotech opportunities (from pipeline/drug tracking information or company start up level).
• Generate sales leads & opportunities.
• Demonstrate accountability & ownership
• Work in close relationship with sales support functions (specialists) to coordinate activities, account hand over when appropriate a maximise sales.
• Work with marketing to track and report progress metrics for penetration of drug pipeline
• Establishing good relationships with all the territories customers at process development levels.
• Monitoring and reporting progres towards achieving projection ( specification wins, upscale product sales)
• Competitive & natural sales characteristics
• Good listening skills & inquisitive attitude
• Commercially focussed & self-starter.
• Able to prioritize and set targets
• Closing deals
