The Ideal candidate is:

- Master degree or graduated from a Business School

- Have been in Shanghai for at least 5 years. Have already a solid local network

- Native Chinese and fluent in English (French is a plus)

- Dynamic and motivated

- Reactive and proactive spirit

- Self-efficient



After the recruitment process, the trainee's mission will be:

- To learn about the company, the quality process, the different aspects of LCI

- To proceed some phoning missions in Chinese and English to find new customers

- To go to the exhibitions in Shanghai and canvass companies

- To organize the follow-up of their actions and projects

- To strengthen the relationship with the current customers

- To make reports of the commercial activity every week, and to plan the following prospects

- To learn about project management (coordination of the projects in translation, training)

Salary: fix negotiable + Commission based on sales
