必要の学歴、経験及び資質能力要件：

？学歴：大学本科卒以上

？専門：経営管理、法律、財務出身

？言語：日本語の会話、読解などの全般において高い能力を有する（英語のコミュニケーションができれば尚可）

？経験：大手日系会社、商社で5年以上の経験を有し、政府関係またはビジネス関係の経験は3年以上

？資質能力要件：

1） 政府関係、パートナーとのやり取りが多いため、それに相応しい高いコミュニケーション、交渉折衝力が必要

2） 地味、諏g、自律性、責任感、寛容性、柔軟性がある

3） まじめで、前向きで積極的に取り組み姿勢、自己変革の意識が強い

4） 論理性、洞察力及び考える力を備える

5） 問題意識と挑戦意欲が強く、実行力、問題解決力が高い
