Responsibilities：

1. Coordinate and facilitate BPM process with finance, legal, QA department.

2. Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule appointments etc. for supervisors.

3. Coordinate and facilitate conferences, sales meetings, marketing events, committee activities etc.

4.Assist in preparing proposals, reports, data and research. May attend some meetings, seminars, etc. to take notes, minutes, or provide information.

5. Keep files, documents and correspondence, and sensitive materials in confidence when required.

6.Perform standard office procedures including scheduling appointments, processing mail, answering phone, ordering supplies, etc.

7. Observe and implement established policies and procedures.

8. Greet and screen visitors and telephone calls, may welcome visitors from region or headquarter.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree with major in administration management, secretarial or relevant;

2. Minimum 2 years relevant experience;

3. Be familiar with Office, Admin Process and Management Process & Systems;

4.Have Professional Skill of Meeting / Activity Arrangement, Communication & Cooperation, Scheduling, Coping, Organization, English Skills and Computer Skills;

5. Fluent in both oral and written English.
