We are looking for a Senior Sales Coordinator based in Beijing (Chao Yang District) to support our Beijing sales team in order processing as well as showroom maintenance.

Job description:

Your main responsibilities include:

Coordination with sales team in Beijing as well as other colleagues (logistics, finance and etc.) in Shanghai and Denmark, to ensure completion of orders and delivery on time: Issue quotation, place order and follow up payment, delivery and invoicing, etc.

Customer handling via telephone or electronically.

Handling and resolving customer complaints if there are.

Assistance on project management/engaging with contractors, when needed.

Sample management in the showroom.

Office daily maintenance.

Reception of walk-in clients in showroom.

Providing clerical and admin support to sales team.

Your profile:

Well-organized, honest, patient, detail-oriented, have a strong sense of responsibility.

Strong customer focus and good service attitude.

Have general understanding of the role of sales support/backup in a company.

Good English skills both in written and verbal.

Could work independently under stress, also a good team player with highly self-motivated and ensure high quality and professional output at all time.

Ready to dedicate for Kvadrat for a long term.

Passion for art or design is a plus

Skills required:

Above 3-year working experience including at least 1-year strong practice of ERP system.

Have good knowledge of whole order process.

Good at office software.
