Scope of position

Conneen Textile is the leading company in UK market for kids nightwear. And we are managing many different licenses in this market. To know more about our company, please visit our website about the company history, product range and so on by www.cooneen.com.

The role of the position will lead the business unit in China and mainly achieve below targets.

- Achieve year-on-year improvement on cost, quality, and service by influencing regional supply management activities and managing supplier relationships.

- Optimize the supply chain and improve the competency of China sourcing

- Coordinate between local team and UK office

QUALIFICATION

- Minimum 4 year University degree or equivalent, textile or apparel major is plus

- Minimum 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience in textile or apparel sourcing industry

- Experience for kid nightwear & UK market are plus

- In-depth knowledge about the fabric and apparel production

- Possess outstanding negotiation skills

- Ability to think strategically and conceptually

- Strong problem solving, negotiations, planning and organizational skills

- Result-oriented, self-motivated, dedicated, enthusiastic and energetic

- Possess well-rounded knowledge in strategic sourcing, supply-chain, manufacturing and operational procurement

- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills to work with abroad office and local team
