Position Responsibilities:
-Manage a small merchandising team with 2 or 3 merchandisers
-Manage and follow up garment orders ensure the quality and shipment date
-Expert knowledge about kids nightwear including printing, embrodiery tech
-Communicate between suppliers and buyers
-Develop fabric and garment and ensure everything is correct before sending out
-Supplier sourcing and development if necessary

Skills/Experience/Education:
-Major in garment or textile
-above 8 years relevant working experience in merchandising
-Solid technical knowledge of fabric and garment
-Willing to work under pressure independently.
-Experience with UK market will be a plus
-Travel within China is required.
-Excellent command of both English and Chinese
