职位描述：
1. 处理客户(机票代理人, 旅行社等)在使用Amadeus系统时遇到的相关问题，解答客户咨询，按照公司工作流程独立认真的做好客户服务工作。
2. 为客户提供系统培训及现场指导。
3. 建立与客户之间的沟通并处理客户抱怨
4. 配合公司其他部门做必要的支持工作，如市场活动, 系统测试，产品测试等等
5. 每月汇总客户电话反馈纪录, 向经理提交报告.
任职要求：
1. 大专以上学历，有一定的英语水平，具备正常的听说读写能力。
2. 3年以上旅行社或航空业从业经历, 熟悉国际机票业务.
3. 熟悉运用外国GDS, 熟悉Amadeus 系统优先考虑
4. 熟练运用Powerpoint, office , Excel 等软件
5. 良好的语言表达及沟通能力。
6. 具有亲和力，良好的服务意识及团队合作精神
