- Selection and release / blockage of appropriate suppliers in cooperation (accordance) with the quality department

- Qualification of new suppliers and support of the T-audit

- Initiation of supplier development programs and performance of continuous improvement projects with key suppliers

- Identification and realization of improvement potential for existing suppliers through the planning, conduction and facilitation of on site supplier workshops

- Empowerment of suppliers to identify and resolve internal (process) problems (e.g. trainings, workshops)

- Participation in task force operations that are necessary due to supply risks (eg supplier insolvency)

- Execution of measures to improve the performance of suppliers and increase profitability

- Steady monitoring and improvements of the supplier base

- Promotion and set up of a continuous improvement and lessons learned process between the supplier and Brose

Requirements:

- Graduate engineer or industrial engineer with professional experience

- At least three years of professional experience in CIP/production/industrial engineering/quality (preferably in the automotive supply industry)

- Profound knowledge of Supply Chain Management

- Experiences in quality systems and supplier audits, including adequate instruments

- Knowledge of MS-Office

- Knowledge of AIAG standards
