Responsibities:

1. Be responsible for the team management of WeChat Platform of a famous 500 company.

2. Lead operation team to achieve the targets set by clients, including forecasting, implementation, analysis, deck preparation, etc.

3. Be responsible for management, supervising, guiding, training and evalutaion of customer experience. Formulate the service standard and the daily workflow of operation team. Not only optimize the procdure and solution system for those common Q&A by customers, but also improve our service level and all performance.

4. In charge of making plans and implementation. Develop all kinds of skill of frontline through training, coaching. Help frontline to be qualified for their position and dig out their potential.

5. Overall co-ordination of operation team.Keep close cooperation with other departments of our company.

Qualifications:

1. More than 2 years WeChat flatform management experience, good at all office tools and systems.

2. Familiar with WeChat's process and rules,related experience in sales and serivce is preferred

3. With the managment experience of a team over 50 people size

4. Basic data analysis ability, inluding PPT making

5. English skill, reading and writing is must, verbal is plus
