PQE（现场面试）
Job Description：

1. Collect product quality data and continuously improve product quality.
Consolidate and weekly report quality results.
依据数据，持续提升品质，通过周报追踪改善状况.
2. Analyze Customer complaint, returned products, and corrective action verification and tracking.
分析客诉及退回的不良品等，采取改善措施并追踪其有效性.
3. Confirm and track customer engineering change to ensure the ECN is implemented and closed properly.
确保客户工程变更有效及时地实施.
4. Verify and qualify new lines, equipments and working station.
验收新开的生产线，设备及工作站别等，使其符合品质要求.
5. Drive the CFT for continuous improvement with Lean and Six Sigma approach.
通过Six Sigma等品质工具和团队成员一起持续不断的提升品质.

Position Requirement：

1. Above college degree.
大学(含三年制专科)及以上学历.
2. 3+ years working experience as a PQE.
至少3年以上PQE工作经验.
3. Be familiar with process quality control of plastic molding, or painting, or printing, or assembly, or CNC.
熟悉以下其中一个以上的制程品质管控：注塑，喷油，移印，组装，CNC.
4. Knowledge of QC-7tools, PFMEA, AQP, PPAP, 8D and SPC etc. quality tools, improvement and issue solve.
熟悉QC-7tools, PFMEA, AQP, PPAP, 8D, SPC等品种改善工具.
5. Good team work, attitude and communication skills.
具有良好的团队精神，积极正面的态度及较强的沟通交流能力.
6. Must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
可以满足工作中基本的英语报告和口语交流要求.
7. Computer Literate (MS Office).
会用电脑（Excel, Work, PPT等）.
8. Lean Green Belt and Six Sigma Green Belt certification are preferred.
Six Sigma GB优先考虑.
