2. Support Consumer drug products define/design/development phase quality compliance to meet internal requirements and external regulation requirements.

3. Support quality-related issues, such as corrective and preventive action, non-conformances, change control, etc., and review the records

4. Support R&D site compliance

a. Support Internal audit: Singapore Research Centre

b. Internal audit AAP tracking: Singapore Research Centre

c. Support R&D site process improvement initiatives

5. Supplier management: evaluation, risk categorization, qualification, create quality agreement, supplier audit AAP tracking, monitoring, maintain ASL and supplier profile

6. Quality documents review and approval

a. SOP review /development/ revision

b. Qualification/validation protocol and report

c. Template and process optimization

7. Support other team work
