What position is on offer?

Quality Manager

What do we expect from you?

You need to support on setting up of the quality assurance system in our supply chain with adherence to the regulations in China. You will also work on definition quality assurance policies, launch quality improvement initiatives, audit suppliers, define testing programs and take responsibility for the budget in your area..

What are we looking for?

You are expected to have successful track record in quality assurance and management, food production & analysis and related tasks with a minimum of 5 years of experience and hold a bachelor degree or above. You are willing to work cross functionally and travel in China and in other regions occasionally upon short notice.

我们期待您在中国法律法规的统一标准下，帮助公司建立和完善质量保证体系，制订和实施质量保证策略和制度，不断提出并优化质量改善措施，您还需要按公司要求优选和审核各地供应商，开展检测项目并完成各项预算的制订和修订。

我们希望你具备什么？

希望您在质量保证和质量管理领域有较丰富的工作经验，特别在食品生产与分析领域工作五年以上。该岗位要求您具备本科及以上学历，期间您需要和各部门通力协，不定时的短期差旅也将是工作的一部分。
