4.有较强的沟通能力，能够准确理解客户需求，具有快速的反应能力和服务意识；

5.了解印刷工艺、印刷流程、各类包装材质及包装结构设计。

任职资格：

1.美术设计、艺术设计、视觉传达等艺术类相关专业；

2.有2-3年以上相关包装设计公司工作经验者优先；

3.熟练掌握Flash、Fireworks、Dreamweaver、Photoshop、Coreldraw等设计软件；

4.热爱本职工作，认真，责任心强，有良好的团队合作精神，注重工作效率；

5.适应忙季加班。
