Detailed Description:
- Management of functional testing
- Set up testing system and design testing jig for new projects
- Test plan key-in and maintenance in testing program
- Testing record management for traceability
- Test equipment acceptance, maintenance and repair
- Help in test equipments calibration
- Solve abnormal issues in testing
Management
- Give training to area leaders, line leaders and operators.
- Focus on KPI ( Efficiency, FPY, OTD, etc.).
Improvement
- All improvement projects set by production Supervisor/Manager
- CIP ( Process or jigs improvement )

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechanical electronics
- 4 years work experience in functional testing
- Good communicator; Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must
- Labview knowledge is preferred
- Open minded, team-worker
