1、制定修改产品的标准工时和标准产能；
2、制定、修改产品标准作业指导书（SOP）；
3、制定新产品试产SOP，跟进新产品试产时进度，指导现场生产制作；
4、流水线标准人力的配置，对产线排线状况进行合理调整，提供产线布局图；
5、运用取消、合并、重排、简化手法对当前的工艺流程进行优化改善；
6、提供持续改善项目，对工艺流程进行优化改善，完成持续改善报告；
7、建立和修改工艺规范；
8、完成标准作业指导书和标准工时的归档和更新。
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，工业工程相关专业；
2、有较强的计划和执行能力；
3、精通IE七大改善手法和电子产品制造工艺；
4、擅长标准工时测试法并能够积极推行；
5、掌握各类技术文件、标准工时、SOP的制作、管理方法。
