Main Responsibility
1)Production Management(-Material & Equipment management)
Production Technical Support
-Process Support
i. Training workshop new process flow and work instruction in order to let employees and leaders understand and follow the new process
ii.Direct shift leader to certify operators' skills in order to ensure the operators have the proper skills
iii.Arrange workshop to collect line reject defects, in order to analyze and take improvement actions accordingly
iv.Join shop floor GO meeting, in order to master process issues or NCMR and take improvement actions accordingly
-Material Management Support
i.Coordiante with quality department to analyze and solve incoming material quality issues in order to ensure smooth production and products' quality
ii. Breakdown analyze the material usage in order to adress the problem and set the priority for improvement with workshop, take the improvement actions accordingly
2) Quality System Management
i. Be responsible to write and revise the process documents in order to ensure documents compliance and validity
ii. Involve in process audit in order to check the process control requirement are implemented properly in shop floor
iii. Monitor the quality target achievement in order to continuously improve quality performance
iv. Lead the quality complaint solving--find out root cause, make corrective and preventive actions , train workshop employees and follow up implementation in order to prevent repeating the case and satisfy customers
3) Cost Management and Process Continuous Improvement
i.Collect the suggestions from workshop and revise accordingly in order to optimize the WI continuously.
ii. Review PFMEA in order to optimize the process control continuously.
iii.Review flow chart quarterly in order to improve the process, line balance rate and increase the efficiency finally.
iv.Suggest equipment engineers upgrading equipments, fixtures and spare parts in order to improve the efficiency and utilization
v. Analyze the line defects and take countermeasures in order to reduce scrap
vi.Monitor the cost saving projects progress and performance in order to align with target line.
vii. Involve in TEOA activities and use TEOA tools in order to imporve five key performance indicators .
4) Project Management
i. Involve in NPI pilot run stage in order to short the TTM lead time and solve efficiency, yield, stability issues before mass production.
ii.Cooperate with related function departments, join the project team in order to solve some problem or make improvement
5) Facility Security and EHS Management
i.Use IE and Ergo approaches in process design in order to consider health and safety requirement
ii.Consider the chemical material storage and environment factor disposal in order to comply with environment protection requirement
Requirements
1) Bachelor or equal educational level, major in engineering
4 years work experience in process engineering
Understand Lean, 6sigma;be proficient in process control and quality system
2) Integrity and trust, self-initiative, drive for results, customer focus, Good analytical ability, Problem solving, directing others, presentation skills
