1、 大专以上学历，计算机相关专业，一年以上工作经验；
2、 熟练掌握C#、JavaScript、HTML等.NET前后台开发语言；
3、 熟悉WCF/WebService、LINQ/EF、ASP.NET MVC等主流框架和技术；
4、 熟悉SQL Server、MySQL、Oracle等关系型数据库开发；
5、 有.NET项目经验，有良好的系统分层设计经验和解决问题的技巧；
6、 有团队意识，学习能力强，善于沟通；
7、 有Dev、WPF开发经验者优先考虑；
8、 还熟悉JAVA开发语言者优先考虑。
