KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Main Task 1:Make marketing strategy

1. Formulate marketing plan based on the corporate strategy and market situation;
2. Conduct market survey and analyse market trend and submit report to the company's management for decision-making;
3. Promote corporate branding and formulate implementation plan (PR, advertisement, etc.)

• Main Task 2: Trade fairs and exhibitions, congresses and seminars

1. Detail analysis of individual events prior to communication to Germany, proposal of participation / no-participation of SMS group
2. Coordination of participations and events
3. Organization of other company events

• Main Task 3: Media Management

1. Keep good relationship with major News media of the industry
2. Coordination of communication & marketing & media related activities with headquarters in Germany (SMS general policy, guidelines, etc.)
3. Publication of Chinese version of SMS group Newsletter
4. Publication of technical and image brochures in Chinese
5. Utilization of WeChat Public Platform to promote company’s business

• Main Task 4: Development and upgrade of company web-page

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or above,
• Business acumen, business or marketing-related major or equivalent professional qualification
• At least 5 years working experience in the relevant product and industry of marketing, metallurgical industry background is a plus;
• Excellent team management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, individually and through cross-functional groups
• Strong command of English and Chinese, verbal & in writing
