Requirements & Main KPIs
§ Bachelor/ Master degree working and thinking level, preferably in (Technical) Business Management § Trained in Lean, TPM or WCOM § Skilled at concepts of process redesign § Knowledgeable about products and processes § Experience in implementing process improvement projects. Proven track record. § Experience with Lean 6Sigma, TPM, WCOM or other continuous improvement systems § Minimal 5 years (managerial) experience in a operations environment，excellent English
