Lead strategic eCommerce initiatives for multiple direct to consumer websites with the goal to improve consumer experience and create revenue growth

Bring eCommerce strategy to market by building best in class websites and innovative eCommerce products to drive exponential growth

Lead new site platforms and designs from a business standpoint and provide direction to all stakeholders on features that will drive business impact

Manage new product development and feature roadmap from strategic planning to implementation by working with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, Development, Analytics both internally and externally

Continuously analyze website performance and customer feedback and respond quickly to diagnose and address issues or optimize the consumer experience

Identify on new eCommerce product ideas, analyze them for feasibility, quantify business impact, and take them from ideation phase to launch phase

Qualifications

5+ years of experience working in Product Management, 2+years in eCommerce

Hands-on experience in managing features and functionality for desktop and mobile websites

Ability to work both in startup like environments and within a large matrixed organization

Experience with large eCommerce platforms and websites strongly preferred

Must be both analytical and strategic and embrace the challenge of dramatically increasing eCommerce revenue
