Reports to: HR Director
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND KEY CHALLENGES:
- Work closely with managers to be overall responsible for HRM development and implementation in DTB, DTM and DTHK, in accordance with the business strategy and local needs.
- Work with HR Director to develop the group level HR initiatives and practices.
- The ability to support and manage constant change will be vital to the success of this position.
Essential
· Bachelor or higher education in Business Administration or other relevant studies
· More than 10 years’ experience in leading human resource management operations
· Solid networking skills and positive attitude
· Excellent communication skills, strong listening skills
· Creative, capable of find solutions from complex situations
· Self-driven, strong motivation
· Proficient knowledge about Finnish labor law is needed.
· Fluent English language command, both oral and written
Desirable
· Experience of human resource reporting systems
· Knowledge of HK labor law and practice is a plus.
Recruitment and resourcing
- Responsible to develop and coordinate resourcing and recruitment in DTB, DTM and DTHK
- Support effective resourcing at the company level (eg. by facilitating resources transfers between functions/locations)
- Develop recruitment process and ensure implementation in DTB, DTM and DTHK
- Negotiate and make contract related to all changes in the employment (eg. location, working hours)
Competence development
- Responsible for competence development and support to the managerial work in the locations, join actively to the global level development
- Plan competence development based on the business needs (trainings, other development actions, job rotation etc)
- Develop development discussion process, train managers and ensure implementation
- Lead familiarization process and materials development.
- Promote career development opportunities
Remuneration and Benefits
- Develop competitive compensation and benefit practices (both monetary and non-monetary) in DTB, DTM and DTUS based on the global guidance and ensure implementation.
- Support managers in compensation related issues (eg. prepare internal salary frames, guide with discussions).
- Coordinate the annual salary review process and incentive process in the regions.
- Work with the managers to develop and implement local employee retention practices and initiatives.
- Support employees’ wellbeing at work.
Employee relations
- Responsible to ensure that all regulations based on the employment legislations are followed.
- Support managers with different kind of employment related issues (eg. Employment contracts, salary changes, working time)
- Responsible of HRIS system from DTB, DTM and DTHK point of view
- Conducts all exit interviews and collates a quarterly report
- Support and drive the adherence of the Code of Conduct and DT Values across the business.
- Work with the HR Director to determine which current HR initiatives and practices should be implemented into the region, so ensure internal equity, enforcement of the DT values and compliance with short and long-term business/policy objectives.
- Ensure projects are clearly articulated and project plans have been established.
- Identify and drive HR related projects across the business.
