职位描述

The Sales Assistant is responsible for supporting the Sales management and the Sales team on various administrative works. He/she is also responsible for sales related activities/ event organization, as well as to optimize sales related processes and other quality improvement topics as appropriate. In addition to that, he/she acts as contact window between Sales department and other departments on special topics, like annual party and company events.
岗位职责

Administrative support to Sales management/ team
- Work with the travel agency to arrange business trip/ accommodation for manager and adjust as when necessary
- Prepare a trip scheduling summary of the respective Sales team for manager review upon request
- Handle financial reimbursement for manager
- Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager to verify trip information for sales team with provided data from the travel agency
- Schedule various business meeting for the Sales team and arrange logistics including invitation letter, visa
- Arrange visitor visit including Show Room Tour, visitor card etc.
- Act as department coordinator to arrange logistics for new hires/ exits
- Manage product catalogue and distribute to Sales team/ customers
- Support Sales team on related activities and events organization and coordination
- Act as contact window to coordinate/communicate with other functions for sales related topic as assigned by manager

Dealer contract generation
- Collect dealer information for contract filling
- Consolidate dealer contract for further verification

Reporting generation
- Work with Sales team to collect reporting data on monthly basis
- Analyze data accuracy and develop reporting
- Take follow up actions on data quality issue as when necessary
- Collect Key Opinion Leader list from Sales team and summarize for management review on monthly basis


Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
- Maintain CRM system to ensure a good data quality
- Provide training for all dealers
- Monitor CRM system running
- Generate reports upon request

Process enhancement
- Enhance sales related process and implement other quality improvement activities

Support to Channel Sales team if applicable
- Act as emergency contact for Channel Sales team to arrange Mobile Field Service ticket to dealers

Tender management (only applicable for Workplace Infrastructure (WI) business)
- Support Sales on bidding project/ tender business through closely cooperating with the sales group on offer and other documents preparation

Support to pre-sales (only applicable for WI business)
- Work with Project Team Lead to draw 3D picture and check configuration accuracy, then coordinate with the Headquarter for production
- Consolidate customer complaints from Project Engineer/ Engineering Company case by case
- Support Engineer to transfer documents into CAD format upon request
任职要求

College degree with business related major or a comparable combination of education and experience

2-4 years of experience as a sales assistant/ sales administrator and/or equivalent experience
