职位描述
1. 进行数据清理、推动营销数据分析模型的开发
2. 通过大数据分析模型来指导客户业务发展，为客户商业决策提供专业数据策略分析报告
3. 对自然语言处理与文本挖掘有处理经验，愿意研究学习文本挖掘算法
任职要求：
1. 硕士学历及以上，统计、数学及其他相关专业优先
2. 具备扎实的数据分析、统计建模能力，熟练使用R/python等统计软件
3. 具备有效的沟通能力和问题解决能力
4. 具备良好的执行力和团队协作能力
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver data analytics & business insight exploration related projects;
2. Help team explore data mining related offerings;
3. Support team’s solution proposal preparation and client engagement.
Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
1. Master's degree or above;
2. 1+ years data mining related experience;
3. Healthcare industry’s background is preferred.
