Job Summary

  

1) To draft and supervise the implementation of the welding process used in component line and assembly line according to the drawings. / 根据图纸起草和监督零件线和装配线的焊接工艺的实施。

  

2) To deal with all the technical problems related to the welding of the company including those of the workshop and outsourced work. / 处理与公司焊接有关的所有技术问题，包括车间和外包工作。

  

4) To be involved in the purchase of welding equipment and welding materials used in the workshop. / 参与车间使用的焊接设备和焊接材料的采购。

  

5) To assist PM in the daily supervision and coordination of three production lines. / 协助生产经理在三条生产线上的日常监督和协调。

  

6) To communicate with the foremen, the workers and the technical department in terms of drawings. / 在图纸方面与领班、工人和技术部门进行沟通。

  

7) To assist Quality Manager in the preparation for the reaudit of EN1090, AISC, CWB and other welding certifications. /  协助质量经理准备对E1090、AISC、CWB等焊接认证的再审核。

  

  

Minimum requirements

  

1) Bachelor or College degree in Welding Process, Material, Metal Material & Heat Treatment or Mechanical Engineering. /  焊接工艺、材料、金属材料、热处理或机械工程专业本科及以上学历。

  

2 )0- five years ‘experiences as welding process engineer in the field of steel structure. /  0-5钢结构焊接工艺工程师工作经验。

  

3) Familiar with welding process, fixtures, working instructions plus the design and choice of welding equipment. / 熟悉焊接工艺、夹具、工作指导以及焊接设备的设计和选择。

  

4) Ability in oral and written English. / 英语口语和书面语能力。

  

5) Good computer skills. / 良好的计算机技能。

  

  

Advanced requirements

  

Holder of the certificates of Welding Engineer or Welding Specialist. /  ***有IWE证书或焊接技师证书。

  

Experiences in production management and quality assurance. / 生产管理和质量保证的经验。
