职位描述
MAIN TASKS主要工作职责：
Execute the bank settlement according to government and company regulation strictly.
严格按照国家和公司的有关规定办理银行业务。
Control the bank deposit information and report it to department manager to ensure the reasonable arrangement of fund.
掌握银行的存款情况，并向部门经理汇报，以便掌握资金运营状况，合理安排资金使用。
Be responsible to control company cash. Handle cash settlement according to government and company regulations.
负责公司现金的管理，严格按照国家和公司的制度办理现金结算。
On time recording of bank transaction, to ensure consistency between bank balance and accounting balance.
及时登记现金及银行存款出纳报告单，做到日清月结。
Properly keep the blank bank vouchers, to ensure the security of the payment voucher.
保管各种空白银行付款凭证，确保各种付款凭证的安全，完整。
Timely recordings for usage of blank vouchers or disposal.
对于申领的各种空白凭证，专设登记簿登记，认真记录作废手续。
Arrange annual approval of loan card, handle the draw-down and reimbursement of bank loans.
贷款卡的定期年检，以及各家银行贷款和还款的运转工作。
Arrange approval with SAFE for loan or contingent loan in foreign exchange.
外债及或有外债的外管局审批。
Observe the E-banking policy and arrange the e-banking operation for cash reimbursement and bank remittance.
按照公司网上银行政策操作网上银行的现金和银行支付。
MINIMA PROFILE职位需求：
Technical secondary school degree or above of relevant major.
中专以上相关学历。
More than two years relevant working experience.
2年以上相关工作经验。
Be highly responsible and active working attitude.
有高度的责任心及良好的工作态度。
Fair English ability is required.
有一定英文水平者优先。
