岗位描述：

Position Description:

1. 依据工程项目规划，组织制定工程进度计划，包括项目总体计划、年度计划、月度计划；

Organize and establish project schedule planning according to project plan, including whole project plan, annual plan and monthly plan.

2. 审核项目经理编制的质量、成本、进度控制计划和资金使用计划及相应年度计划；

Audit quality, cost, progress control plan, fund using plan and related annual plan established by project manager

3. 定期检查、汇报工程进度计划的执行情况，对未按时完成的计划，分析原因、评估影响，制定纠正措施并督促实施；

Regularly check and report the implementation of project scheduling plan, as for uncompleted plan, analyse reasons, assess influence, make corrective measurement and supervise the implementation.

4. 根据工程进度的客观实际情况，必要时调整工程进度计划。

According to the actual situation of project schedule, adjust project schedule plan if necessary.

5. 项目后期的管理、验收工作以及资金回笼工作。

Management and acceptance work in the late project and fund withdrawal work.

6. 在内部管理组织架构内，明确下属的职责权限，实行岗位责任制，确保部门之间、岗位之间相互配合、高效运作。

Within the internal management organization framework, define responsibilities of subordinates, implement responsibility system of posts and ensure cooperation and efficient operation between posts and departments.

7. 审核下属的日常工作，提出意见和建议，调动团队的积极主动性。

Examine daily work of the subordinates, come up with opinions and suggestions, mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of team.

8. 完成领导交办的其它事项。

Conplete other issues that superior assign.

任职资格：

Qualifications:

1. 大学本科及以上学历，电气/机械/工程专业优先

Bachelor degree or above, major in electrical, mechanical or engineering is a plus.

2. 8年以上机械制造行业工作经验，3年以上项目管理经验

More than 8 years working experience in mechanical manufacturing, more than 3 years working experience in project management.

3. 懂汽车行业或有汽车行业工作经验尤佳

Knowledge of automative industry or working experience in automative industry is preferred

4. 熟练使用solidworks、AutoCAD等软件,会使用SAP更佳

Good skills in using Solidworks, AutoCAD, SAP skill is a plus.

5. CET-6,书面以及口语精通

CET-6 or above in English with good oral and written English.

6. 身体健康,无不良奢好

Good health and no bad habits.

7. 优秀的沟通能力,有责任心,能承受一定的工作压力.

Excellent communication skills, conciencious, work under the pressure.
