Job Description / Responsibilities

? Good networks and contacts to outsource video production.

? Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained Responsible for overseeing a video/motion graphics project from conception to completion

• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress

? Responsible for keeping the production within the allocated budget

? Responsible for dealing with client and ensuring client satisfaction

? Manages other production staff on a shoot, pulling together all the creative and practical talent involved in the project

? Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, codes of practice and health and safety laws.

? Negotiates the price of the job with the client.

? Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing requirements

Job Requirement / Required skills

? At least 3 years working experience working as a PM / Producer in a Production or Post-Production environment

? Excellent Management and leadership skills

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and oral

? Strong knowledge of the Production and Post-Production Process

? Excellent client-facing & communication skills & positive attitude

? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

? Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative applications (Premiere Pro, Photoshop) is an advantage

? Ability to motivate people and give direction
