Roles and Responsibilities：

1) In charge of product technical development and improvement; to understand drawing and make technical process form product drawing.

1) 负责职责范围内生产工艺的开发和改进；能看懂机械图纸并能从产品图分析出产品的装配工艺

2) In charge of making, training and improving the document of quality/occupational health and manufacturing; Ex, process flow chart, P-FMEA, process layout, standard work instruction etc.

2) 负责体系中与生产制造相关文件的制定、培训和改进；例如，制定工艺流程图，P-FMEA，生产线布局图，工序作业指导书等。

3) In charge of quality control during production; Technical supporting in mass production (ability to analysis defect and improvement measures)

3) 负责生产过程的质量控制；技术上支持量产生产线（有能力分析问题及提出改善的方法）。

4) Assist system engineer to set up and maintain tracing system;

4) 协助追溯系统负责工程师进行生产线追溯系统的设置与维护

5) Promote the development of robustness manufacturing processes, take into account regional manufacturing requirements, interface closely with peers within the other Autoliv regional operations to routinely benchmark operations and share best practice and capitalize on all opportunities to maximize Autoliv capital equipment purchasing synergies.

5) 促进制造工艺过程的不断优化，遵守并执行区域制造要求的推广与落地，紧密跟随各区域及工厂的标杆和***实践并不断优化生产节拍提高产能，降低设备投资.

6) Achieve the PD target of IE department.

6) 完成部门制定的年度指标

7) Finish other works assigned by leader

7) 完成上级主管交办的其他相关事宜
