Position: Solution Manager

Location: Shanghai

Report: Managing Director China

Experience: more than 5 years

This position will include prospecting of qualifies leads, client presentations, proposal writing, sales presentations, contract negotiations and support of the overall sales efforts. You will promote and sell our HR solutions and services through outbound telephone and onsites calls to potential customers; contributing to the team selling process; developing relationships with customers and alliances by using excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for sales development
• Consulting with the senior management of client companies in understanding their business problems and providing learning and development solutions
• Conducting research on clients’ business and market situation
• Advocating company’s performance improvement solutions, technology and services to targeted clients
• Building and maintaining professional business relationships with clients
• To network with industry association, club, organization, existing and potential key clients 
• Promoting company’s capabilities in the marketplace

Qualification & Requirements:

• University graduate preferably with MBA as a second degree
• 3-5 years or more direct sales experience gaining from HR training consulting firms
• Exposure to HRM or OD training functions with leading MNCs
• The willingness to partner and have high level of customer service focus
• Proven sales record
• Excellent communication skills including business writing and spoken in English and Chinese
• Excellent presentation skill, negotiation skill and communication skill
• Enthusiastic, result oriented, detail minded and good team player, a problem solver
