主要职责：

1.负责塑胶产品生产流程优化，有效解决生产中出现的质量问题；

2.制定注塑机的定期保养、维护计划，保证设备的正常运行；

3.参与车间注塑设备管理，为生产提供设备技术支持；

4.负责对设备操作人员的培训工作。

5.新开发模具之试模

岗位要求：

1. 高中以上学历；

2. 有卧式注塑机或转盘式操作经验2年以上；

3. 熟悉注塑机的保养、异常处理等；

4. 良好的团队合作精神，能够服从领导的安排
