工作内容描述：
1. Have the necessary basic knowledge/skills of laser equipment maintenance
具备激光设备维护所需的基本知识和技能。
2. Independently perform laser checking jobs as client requirement
可按照客户的要求独立执行相关的激光检测工作
3. To strengthen and promote service team communication & reporting capacity
加强和促进服务团队的沟通能力及汇报能力
4. Ensure proper control upkeep, maintenance & utilization of tools & equipments.
确保工具和设备有适当的保养，维修及使用
5. Ensure proper work take over from Sales & liaise with Sales on work scope
确保接管销售部适当的工作并与之保持工作联系
6. Liaise with Customer on work scope to be carried out accordingly
相应地与客户保持工作方面的联系
7. Ensure Proper control of work quality /execution & safety
确保对工作质量、执行与安全的适当控制
8. Analysis the defect's root cause
能够分析设备故障发生的原因
9. Provide the effective PM proposal and technical requirement
能够对于维修保养计划以及技术要求提出有效个改进意见

Qualifications:
职位要求:
1. College degree or above with major in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline
大专及以上学校机械类或相关专业毕业
2. At least 3 years practical experience in ship repair work
至少3年以上相关船舶维修经验
3. Be interest to laser checking jobs as preferential
对现场激光检测等感兴趣者优先
4. Competent English in writing and speaking
具有英语听说读写能力
5. Willing to travel frequently around China and abroad
愿意经常性出差
6. Good coordination, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills
良好协调能力，解决问题的能力，人际沟通能力
