服装质检员- QC

职位描述

Report regularly to Quality Manager all the activites, actions and projects.

Responsibilities:

Technical audit & CAP Follow up:

- Evaluate the effectiveness of the production organization, the production capacity and know-how of a specific factory (conditions of machinery, training of operators…) and evaluate if suitable for CAMAIEU specific orders.
- Understand what the factory's production and quality control processes are ;train / support suppliers in their daily work and develop practical solutions.
- Improve the productivity by identifying key / major points during process / machinery to be improved.
- Identify a pool of specific workers for each factory to follow well our standards by providing regular training on the technical & social standards.
- Pilot daily follow up with each factory to ensure non-conformities detected are clear and corrective action plan well set up and followed (with clear proof).
- Ensure basic social standards are well respected (health & safety, OT, contracts) + communicate well with the factory about the social non-conformities to be continuously improved.
- Issue technical audit / CAP follow up report within the timeline required by the company (English/Chinese).
- Organize unannounced visit during production.
- Evaluate the performance of each factory.

Inline inspections:

To carry out inline quality inspections in factories, issue inspection & quality documents (English).
Communicate brand's requirements, key points and comments to factories.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in quality engineering / textile garment.

- At least 5 years’ experience in garment technology or quality assurance with strong knowledge of both knit/woven for European market,quality standard,textile material,production.

- Familiar with supplier communication and cooperation for apparel manufacturing in China.

- Good energy level to adapt to travel mobility and staying in factory in China.

- Reliable high level of integrity,pro-active,enthusiast,team work spirit and resourceful to carry out field work independently.

- Curious,good performance under pressure,strong observation and analyzing skills,flexible.

- Strong personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness.

- The 3rd party experinece will be preferred / Internal Auditor certifaction is a plus.

- Must be willing to learn and multi-task.

- Continual improvement and customer-focused mentality.

- Fluent in written and spoken English.
