Principal Accountabilities / Main Tasks:

1) To conclude or review contractual documents and ensure the contracts or legal documents are in line with local laws.

2) Support IP including trademark/patent related legal issues.

3) To support Lawyer to provide timely, efficient and sufficient legal advices.

4) Documents translation when bi-lingual version needs.

5) Corporate secretary role support, including board meeting minutes, board member or structure change, and new license application support.

6) Day to day response to any legal related inquires if any.

Requirement:

1) TEM 8 certificate or equivalent language skill.

2) Master degree in law

3) Practice experience related to trademark in legal department of foreign enterprises.

4) Good communication and interpersonal skills.

5) Good communication skills and quick learning.

6) Team player and self-motivated.

7) Good at PowerPoint and Word, etc.

8) Certificate of legal profession is preferred.
