Responsibilities:

• Conduct industry research, analyze market data and review business trends to produce memos and analysis necessary to assist different stages of the investment process;

• Participate in the full merge and acquisition cycle in investment and development projects;

• Support the underwriting and financial modeling of potential projects;

• Close involvement in deal execution, including due diligence, internal reporting, coordination and execution / closing;

• Draft deal reports and documents to support investment decision making;

• Monitor performance of portfolios and help solve problems, if any, between the portfolio companies and Group’s BU;

• Evaluate potential targets for strategic investment, acquisition, joint venture, and business development deals, and make proposals to the management team;

• Plans and organize fund raising meetings and trips to potential investors and converts them into limited partners over time.

  Requirements：

• Bachelor’s degree or above in real estate, finance, statistics, marketing or related field is preferred;

• Highly skilled finance/M&A/strategy professional with transaction experience;

• Ability to perform information collection, market research, and data analysis and integration independently;

• Excellent report writing skills in Chinese and English, with ability to compose real estate market research reports and other related reports independently;

• Be analytical, organized, systematic and creative.
