• Manage Forecast with Vendors and make sure product plans in place, ensure 100% delivery.
• Analyse weekly sales and stock information and double check if there is any changes of forecasts.
• Work with vendors to use forecasts to take costs out of their supply chain
• To educate vendors on supply chain principles and process.
• To support Sourcing & QA team to ensure to source new vendors that are able to deliver business plan and minimize chance of shipment delays.
• Manage Vendor Performance, ensure regular operational review meetings take place with key vendors, help poor performers to improve.
• Develop close working relationship with customer's supply chain team.
• Ensure all CPAs are managed and delivered on time
• Regular vendor visits when necessary to monitor and help Vendor improve their supply chain performance.

• At least 5 years supply chain management experience, preferably in sourcing or trading organisations;
• Good communicaiton & negotiation skills;
• Familiar with PC skills, particularly on Microsoft Office software;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• University graduate with bachelor degree in supply chain management, logistics;
• Good English level on business writing, reading and speaking
