Job Title : Coordinator, Production and Customer Coordination

职位名称 ： 生产部和客户服务部协调员

Reporting To : Supervisor, Production and Material Planning

直接上司 ： 生产部主管和生产计划主管

Responsibilities:-

工作职责：

a) Get bulk production information/order from the Order Input Unit.

在系统获取订单和资料。

b) After checking all information prepares Factory Sheets.

检查完毕所有资料后准备生产单。

c) Serve Factory sheets to fixed production unit.

根据要求为不同生产线准备生产单。

d) Check and monitor the factory’s capacity to produce labels.

检查监控生产线产量安排生产。

e) Update information in the planning sheet.

在计划表更新资料信息。

f) Forward label layouts to Customer Services and obtain the approved versions.

确保图稿是正确跟随客户服务部批核的版本。

g) Mention urgent orders on the job sheet and update urgent order boards.

在紧急订单上标示紧急印章及紧急订单跟进板更新。

h) Co-ordinate with Production, Customer Services and Marketing Departments.

协调生产部, 客户服务部,销售部门的工作安排。

i) Forward Order Intake reports to the top management.

向管理层报告每天订单量。

j) Prepare production efficiency Report.

准备生产效率报告。

 

Job Requirements :

 职位要求: 　　

a) Candidates with College degree or above

大专以上文化程度。

b) One years’ Working experience in Customer service Department, preferably in a production environment.

c) 一年以上客服服务部工作经验更可取的是在生产制造业。

d) Can write and read  English mail.

可以书写和阅读英语邮件。

e) Proficiency in Microsoft office software (Excel/Word).

熟练办公系统软件操作(Excel/Word)。

f) Must be able to speak and listen to fluent Mandarin.

流利的普通话书写和沟通。

g) Good communication and coordination skills.

良好的沟通和协调能力。

h) Motivated and Teamwork.

积极上进和团队合作精神。
