Overview

The Administrative Assistant is responsible under supervision of the Managing Director & Administration manager to welcome visitors, answer to reception phone, input data in our systems, courier sending.

Job responsibilities

· Welcome visitors at our office front desk

· Answer & re-direct calls at our office standard

· Receive & send post, courier, kuaidi deliveries

· Send original invoices to clients by email and then by post

· Organize sample pick-up at our office

· Key-in invoices data in accounting system

· Monitor receiving gap between storage and client’s delivery confirmation

· Help to purchase office supplies

Position requirements:

· Excellent communication and organizational skills

· Ability to communicate well in English

· Good computer skills

· Good presentation

· Organized & Effective

· Able to work in team

Applicant profile required:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· 1+ years’ experience

· Experience in trading or food company would be a plus

· Always favoring clients’ interest, dedicated to company & having strong ethic

Remuneration:

· 4500 RMB gross salary per month negotiable according experience.

· Mobile phone fees partially covered.

· Social & one medical check-up once 2-year covered by company.

· Public holidays compensation working days are offered as employee welfare by company (8 days per year).
