Roles and responsibilities:

1. Item master data maintenance. Work with multiple departments to complete daily requests to create/update Item master data requested by product/planning/other departments.
   
2. Customer/Vendor master data maintenance. Work with multiple departments to gather data which is required for Customer/Vendor creation/update, complete daily requests timely.
   
3. Data/information process mapping for ERP/CRM processes and support identification of operational quality and efficiency link operational process to business intelligence.
   

Knowledge and skills:
- Be familiar with master data maintenance in ERP system, have a clear sense of master data structure.
- Fast learner and willing to learn.
- Be able to solve master data related issue methodically and logically.
- Always be customer focused, be active to fulfill internal customer requirements.
- Strong knowledge of office applications (MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Education:
- Bachelor's degree is required. major in IT or other relevant discipline
- Fluent oral and written English with CET-6 or above is required
